"Best burger in the San Juan's if you ask me. Cute back patio. Super nice staff. Great beers. Hubs got the steak salad and it was insanely yum as well."

Lesli P

"This place is great! I highly recommend it. I went there with my family for vacation and best brewery ever!!! Service was absolutely fantastic. But the food..... even better!!!! What a fabulous place to stop by after a long day of outdoor activities for a juicy, messy, fabulous burger and great tasting beer."

Caleb M.

"Straight love this place! Great food, drinks, service, and it's like that every time. If you come the ginger beer is a must try."

Rick l.

"Carver's always delivers on a nice lunch or dinner in Durango. I tried their ginger beer for the first time. I will be coming back for another round! I had the four corners steak sandwich and it was awesome. I highly recommend the Bavarian pretzel."

Warman H.

"Everything here was good including the cell phone app that tells you where you are in line. It’s a popular place so be prepared for a wait but it’s worth it. The decor is classic western rail road town, service was prompt and food delicious. The beer garden in the back is nice too."
